-Site should have a minimum of 5 pages of original content.

-Site content should demonstrate creativity.

-Site should contain a copyright statement.

-Site should contain a privacy statement.

-Site should have a "whats new" or "recently updated" page.

-All internal links should work.

-90% or better of external links should work.

-There should be accessible email throughout site.

-Site should be free of spelling or grammatical errors.

-Site should be free of dead end pages.

-There should not be any required downloads.

-Site should be free of excessive pop ups not related to site content.
